During the set up of accounts, financial plans, and performance statements, you share personal information with the employees and owners of Thomas Wirig Doll. This might include information on applications, worksheets, agreements or other documents we use in preparing your reports or statements. It may also include information from third parties such as brokerage houses and banks regarding your accounts with them and information about your transactions with us, or our affiliates. We value your trust and make every effort to continue to deserve your confidence.

Protecting your privacy is important to us. Your personal information is only shared with those employees with whom it is necessary to perform the services you have hired us to do. State and federal laws, and the standards of our profession, pledge us to keep your information confidential unless we are required by a legal authority to divulge such information.

Where necessary to complete your investment statements, reports, financial plan, or to execute trading transactions, this information may be shared with our accounting affiliate, Thomas, Wirig, Doll & Company, CPAs or with our third party administration affiliate, PensionOne Advisors, Inc. and with one or more of the following service providers, including broker and dealers, custodians of client asset, and accountants. Service providers specifically include but are not limited to Schwab Institutional, SEI Investments, Fidelity Investments, TD Ameritrade, Enterprise Bank & Trust, BAM Advisor Services and other companies and persons necessary to enable us to provide our advisory services to you. Our firm does not share personal information with marketing experts or professional mailing lists.

Your personal information is stored in a secure space or on a secure computer. We take our obligation to you very seriously and value your trust. If you ever discontinue your client relationship with Thomas Wirig Doll, we will be happy to furnish you with a copy of the information in our files and will continue to protect and treat the information that you have entrusted to us as confidential. When your personal information is no longer needed, it is either returned to you or it is shredded, erased or destroyed before being recycled.
